With our educational cheesemaking courses, Dr Mark Potter offers to attend in person and teach a group the art and science of cheesemaking. Students can then be taught the biochemistry behind how cheese is made, providing great educational value
Our cheesemaking workshops are amazing for High school students (year 10 and 11), ticking a great number of SACE boxes in hospitality, food tech, as well as biology and chemistry. As about our barista classes as well, creating a fantastic food tech package in value added dairy.
This hands on workshop is incredibly engaging and allows student to better understand the related concepts.
